A few things to know for a pleasant stay
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: before 12:00 PM (noon)
Any request to extend the stay must be communicated to the hotel no later than 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Foreign Guests — Passport & Immigration
All non-Thai guests must present their original passport at check-in.
A valid original passport is mandatory for all non-Thai guests. Thai driving licences, ID cards, copies, photographs, or other documents are not accepted as a replacement for the original passport.
Momento Resort is required to register foreign guests with Thai Immigration. Guests must therefore provide their original passport and allow the hotel to verify their identity, entry stamp and permission to stay in Thailand.
Guests must be able to demonstrate that they are legally permitted to stay in Thailand and are not overstaying their permitted period.
Failure to present the required original passport may result in the accommodation being refused.
Security Deposit
1,000 THB deposit (minimum)
Payable in cash at check-in. If the guest refuses to pay the security deposit upon arrival, the room cannot be provided.
The deposit will be returned upon departure after the key is returned and the room has been inspected.
Reservations & Payment
IMPORTANT: ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON OR THE PAYMENT METHOD (ONLINE OR OTHERWISE).
Once payment is made, no refund will be granted.
Respect Other Guests
Momento Resort is a peaceful establishment.
Noise is not allowed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in particular:
- Music
- Loud conversations
- TV at high volume
- Shouting
- Slamming doors
Swimming Pool
09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Swimwear is mandatory.
- No food, drinks or personal music.
- Please respect the peace and quiet around the pool.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Restaurant & Bar
Restaurant: open at 10:30 AM
Bar: open at 09:30 AM
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the restaurant or around the pool.
Rooms & Property
Room cleaning: daily
Towels changed: every 3 days
Complete change: every 6 days
- Any missing or damaged items will be charged 300 THB.
- Any damage to the room, furniture or equipment will be charged.
- Furniture must not be moved.
- Loss of key or access card will be charged.
Toilets
- Please do not throw toilet paper, wipes or any other items in the toilet.
- Use the trash bin provided.
- Any plumbing issues caused by misuse will be charged.
Smoking & Marijuana
MARIJUANA (CANNABIS)
- Rooms, balconies, hallways, reception, restaurant, bar, pool area, parking lot and all common areas.
Strictly prohibited throughout the establishment, including:
Any violation will result in immediate expulsion without refund, plus a cleaning fee.
CIGARETTES
Allowed only in:
- On the balconies
- In the outdoor restaurant area
- Around the swimming pool
- In the parking area
Please use the ashtrays provided.

- Visitors must declare themselves at the reception.
